The Role as Sales Executive/Car Sales Executive

Delivering monthly sales targets.

Build rapport through talking with customers to understand their requirements and seeking to create a longer term relationship with them.

Follow up with potential customers on enquiries and marketing activities.

Coordinate internally and with the customer, the order and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner.

Adhere to applicable sales procedures, including accurate and timely recording of customer details, appraisal and updating our customer base.

Accurately appraise part exchanges as per group standards.

Skills & experience we know will help Sales Executive/Car Sales Executive succeed in this role

Previous Cars Sales Executive experience is preferable (Sales Executive/Sales Advisor/Car Sales Executive)

Previous track record of constructing and concluding sales transactions including objection handling and negotiation skills

Ability to deliver exemplary levels of customer service

Self motivated with experience of delivering target objectives

Ability to provide product information with good communication skills

Confident and professional communication skills.

21 days per year plus bank holidays, full time
