Job description
We currently have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor at our site in Foyleside Shopping Centre.
Reporting to the Operations Manager. Your role as Site Supervisor will include:
- Managing the day to day running of the car park whilst maximizing revenue and ensuring all users of the car park receive exceptional levels of customer service;
- Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an effective and professional manner, and to provide efficient resolutions to queries;
- Accurately completing all administrative tasks, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures;
- Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for providing feedback on team and individual performance;
- Managing and training the team to ensure daily and weekly tasks outline by line management are achieved within the agreed timeframes;
- Developing or executing employee feedback and recognition programs
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Sending reports on weekly takings and any discrepancies
- Training new hires, when required
- Completing Cash Collections
- Ensuring Paystations are in good working order and completing repairs when required.
- Providing administrative support to line management as and when required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous supervisory experience
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and motivate the teams to get results and meet service delivery requirements
- Be able to interact effectively with customers/clients at all levels and to meet and manage customer/client expectations
- Have a strong set of personal values which match those of the organisation and the vision of the Company
