About the CPM Operative role:
The role of the Trolley Retrieval Operative is to assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by your Charge hand or Site Supervisor. This will include collecting trolleys and returning them to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition. You will be required to assist customers in locating lost vehicles. You will also be required to respond positively to any reasonable request made by any member of staff, customer or site supervisor.
- Ensure optimum car park efficiency by ensuring the timely retrieval of trolleys and returning them to the customer pick up points.
- Onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the trolleys are always in a clean and presentable condition and free of litter.
- Responsible for ensuring you abide by the safe working procedures of a trolley operative.
- Dealing with customers including customer complaints, customer services and customer facing duties; referring this to your direct line manager.
Requirements of the CPM Operative:
- Must live in Edinburgh Area.
- Enthusiastic and able to motivate and develop self
- Must be trustworthy, reliable and punctual
- Must have excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team
- This role involves weekend work, applicants must be available for weekend shifts
- This is a manual role and requires an element of physical fitness
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week
