Job description
L&M Carpentry Ltd are an established & expanding carpentry contractor, providing subcontract carpenters to construction projects.
This position provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration assistant to become an integral part of our small, friendly team. The successful candidate will need to be confident working on their own initiative, while happy to be part of a team. Flexibility is essential to cover the broad range of this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices and dealing with queries
- Posting petty cash and credit card transactions
- Assisting with administration of customer care and raising customer care invoices
- Administration of Company and Vehicle Insurance
- Reception duties and general office administration duties
Requirements : Strong IT and Excel skills, good communications skills. Experience of Xero would be beneficial.
