UK Can It Ltd. We are one of the most respected contract packers in the UK delivering quality service to many Brewers and Drinks producers from our site based in Bolton.
This is an exciting opportunity, which has arisen due to planned expansion.
As Production Operator you will be expected to support the Production Manager in delivering the canning plan at our site.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem solving
- All aspects of production including but not limited intake of raw materials and product. Tank preparation in line with Company SOP
- Setting up of the packaging line and running
- Delivery of hygienic, quality controlled and efficient operation
- Dealing with packing materials
- Tank cleaning and preparation
- Keeping tidy work area
Personal Profile
Must be located in the northwest area and easily commutable to BL2 2HH
. Excellent time keeping, reliable, honest and well presented
· Previous 1 year's experience in the brewery/drinks industry
· Excellent communication skills and decision making
· Team player
· An individual looking for the possibility of career progression
· Ability to work under pressure
Additional Information
- Core hours Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm (flexibly needed as start time may vary)
- Basic starting pay £13.00 per hour plus overtime
- 8 month trial period, training will be provided within this timescale.
- 30 days holiday to include Bank Holidays.
