About the role:
Campus IT Support is part of IT & Digital, providing customer facing support for the whole range of equipment you would expect from a world-class University. You will be part of a team of desktop support professionals who use standard diagnosis techniques to identify, prioritise and provide fixes for IT, AV and telephony issues.
About you:
You will be passionate about providing good customer services and have good, up to date knowledge about desktop computing technologies.
To be successful in this role you will:
- be able to diagnose IT & AV problems from conversations with users with a wide variety of technical understanding
- have the ability to prioritise your own workload and to handle a number of competing tasks to meet deadlines
- have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- be able to effectively manage your time, while working on multiple projects with different deadlines.
