We have an exciting opportunity to join our Brand & Marketing department as a Campaign Manager, leading the planning and execution of world class marketing campaigns that create brand impact and drive growth for BA. The role will involve day to day management of budgets, tracking, campaign performance and marketing agencies.
About the role;
- Implementing and delivering global marketing activities which could include; consumer, business, partnership (such as tourist boards), trade and brand
- Utilising customer insight and audience analysis to deliver market leading communications that increase revenue and build the BA brand
- End-to-end accountability for each activity from strategy and planning, agency briefing through concept development creative development and final delivery, including tourist board partner sign off.
- Working with agency partners to create outstanding creative work that sets BA apart and meets business objectives
- Monitoring campaign performance closely and working with commercial teams to ensure activity is optimised whilst live
- Developing media plans for campaigns and allocating budgets to optimise reach and impact with target audiences
About you;
- Experience leading end-to-end communication activity with large budgets and evidence of strong delivery against targets
- Understanding of the roles of each communication channel and media planning
- Experience with external agencies
- Experience in innovative thinking and creative problem solving
- Ability to judge balance of customer and commercial drivers to deliver effective campaigns
- Digital marketing capability and ability to assess, incorporate and drive future trends
