Cambridge Assistant Manager

We have a new store opening in Cambridge (Early 2023)

We are opening more stores across the UK in 2023 making it an incredibly exciting time to join our amazing growing retail team. We can’t wait to expand and give customers the chance to come hang out with us in person & try things on!

We are looking for an amazing Assistant Manager to support the Cambridge Store Manager & team in making the new store incredible!

What you'll be doing...

• Ensuring customer happiness is at the heart of everything you (and the team) do, creating exciting memorable experiences and building an engaged community
• Supporting the store manager in leading by example - growing, supporting and developing the team from the front and ensuring the brand is always represented in the best way possible
• Visual Merchandising - supporting the store manager in maintaining high standards and ensuring that the shop is always as exciting and colourful as our Insta, alongside being practical & accessible
• Helping maintain stock & systems within the store
• Getting involved with creating store content with the team
• You will need to become an expert on all things Lucy & Yak - from products and sizing, to sustainability and ethics.
• Supporting the running & planning of collaborations & events in your store!

What are we looking for?

• At least a years experience with staff supervision/management
• Excellent customer service skills and an enthusiasm for customer satisfaction
• A strong understanding of social media platforms
• Knowledge of Lucy & Yak as a brand + our products would be a massive bonus!

The fine print

• £22-25k per annum
• Based in Cambridge
• Start date: TBC

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
