Job description
Our clients are looking for Great speakers with amazing phone manners... At this role you will be performing general customer service but, mainly sales. Its outbound calling to previous customers all the way to new customers. Performing upselling, retentions and customer service.
What we look for:
- Great phone manners - We believe the best way to make a sale is by holding the customers hand and delivering the best service possible... and for this, you need a great phone manner!
- Previous customer service experience - we think customer service can be transferred into sales with our training program .
- Sales experience - Customer service skills are a must however, having sales experience is also great to have!
What we offer you:
Shifts
10am till 7pm - Monday to Friday.
Weekend work is offered as additional overtime.
Salary & Bonus
This role has a basic salary of £21,673.60 per annum.
We also offer an uncapped commission scheme which is paid 1 month in arrears.
- Average - £400 / £500 pm
- Top Earners - £700 / £800 pm
We also have our ‘Loyalty Pay Scale’ scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £23,0000 basic salary per annum for 3 years’ service.
