We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and service. The winning candidate must be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled, hand-on fashion, doing “whatever it takes” to help the team grow. Typically, hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Thursday and one hour on Fridays for weekly team message. Friday meetings are held remotely via Zoom. Meetings can be accessed on a computer, tablet or smartphone and do not require on-camera participation.

Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ years in a medical office
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
- Experience with EMR (electronic medical records), medical terminology
- Preferred experience - CCME, Phlebotomy, ASW, PRP, Nerve Stimulation
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and assisting with measuring vital signs and collecting health history by taking vital signs.
- Interviews patients and documents basic medical history
- Perform phlebotomy with an understanding of proper patient identification methods and requirements about drawing blood, handling fluid samples and use of relevant medical equipment and material
- Assist with medical exams and minor procedures
- Prepare and maintains clean, warm and inviting examination rooms and medical instruments for patient visits
- Provide top-notch customer service exemplifying NIVA Health's core values
- Other duties as assigned at the discretion of management
Pay Structure, Perks and Benefits
- Annual pay based on results for this position is comprised of a base pay and bonuses. Typical base is around $33,280 - $41,600 ($16.00 - $20.00) with average bonuses of $5,000 to $10,000 annually. Our top achievers can earn $25,000 or more annually based on results.
