Following recent developments in the Urgent Care Service we recognise the vital importance of effective coordination within the Flow Navigation Hub and recognise how the role has developed over time.
We are seeking to recruit Call Handlers for the Urgent Care Centre. You will be the first point of contact for NHS24 and other health professionals contacting the Service. You will also be required to operate an appointments system to ensure that the appointments are made in the various Centres. We are looking for an organised individual with excellent administrative skills who is seeking employment in an extremely busy but rewarding environment. Previous experience is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to the challenges of this role.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
