Commercial window cleaner for Essex based company
Job description
We are a Essex (East London border) based Commercial window cleaning company that are looking to employ a full time window cleaner to join our small team.Our access methods are mainly water-fed pole cleaning using the Reach & Wash system with very occasional low level ladder work (to access flat roofs etc) so working at height is minimal.The applicant must have a full drivers licence and the ability to commute to and from our base each morning.our average daily pay is £110-130 a day with a full review after a trial period.Responsibilities:- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish- Use ladders or scaffolding to reach high windows or difficult-to-access areas- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights- Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from clientsSkills:- Previous experience as a window cleaner is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision- Strong attention to detail to ensure windows are cleaned thoroughly- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or scaffolding- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional mannerIf you are looking for a rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Window Cleaner, please apply with your resume and contact information.
