Claimont Health is a CQC registered unique MENTAL HEALTH and COMPLEX CARE service provider in the private sector, predominantly providing person centred, holistic services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home. We offer a tailored service, providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement clients needs.
We are looking for RMN/RGNs who have experience with a range of mental health conditions, particularly with personality disorder, autism and disordered eating.
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver a bespoke package tailored to the clients needs. You will ensure care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the client and reflect the care being delivered.
This role will take a hands-on approach, working with and taking responsibility for the mental health nursing and mental health support worker teams and applying the highest standards of modern and professional practice.
You will be liaising with the client their family members and various healthcare professionals which will ensure that good relationships with all stakeholders are maintained.
You will be NMC registered with at least 12 months or more experience in your chosen field.
