ULM Services are now recruiting for customer services representatives at their Head Offices in Stafford. We have several vacancies for night call centre operatives.
ULM Services are a call handling service for commercial tyre breakdowns. We operate a network of over 200 service centres throughout the UK.
The role will see you responding to incoming breakdown calls and emails, accurately entering information onto our bespoke system and deploying jobs to the nearest service centre. Other incoming calls may include liaising with fitters and service centres who may need further assistance when locating a vehicle or driver, or to relay job details to end customers. A high level of accuracy and customer service is required for this role.
Requirements
Good level of IT literacy with the ability to learn new software and systems with ease
Accurate at data entry

Tyre Industry Knowledge (desirable)
Shifts Available
4 on 4 off Night Shift- 7pm to 7am on a rolling four days in the office on followed by four consecutive days off
