Job Description – Call centre representative

Who – Phoenix Motorcycle Training Ltd.

Location – Home based via video phone communication, internet link required.

Reports to - Administration Manager

Vacancies - 1 full time , 1 part time

Hours – Tuesday to Saturday 8am -5pm - 1 Full time position (40 hours per week)
Mondays, Friday and Saturdays 8am - 5pm - 1 Part time position (24 hours per
week)

Your duties will be :

  • To answer and make a high volume of calls.
  • To maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
  • To log information on calls received and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • To help customers find the best route of training, and work with them to book suitable dates.
  • To communicate, and liaise verbally and in writing, between multiple contacts internally and externally.
  • To interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken or written requests.
  • To establish and maintain effective working relationships and build rapport with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
  • To maintain punctuality, regular attendance, and personal appearance standards
  • To adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.

You must have had experience working in a similar call centre environment.

Training initially may be in the afternoons and evenings for the first few weeks and will be conducted remotely.

IT equipment and phone systems will be provided, but you will require a suitable work area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: From £12.00 per hour

  • You will need a keen interest in motorcycling, preferably a rider yourself, but this is not essential. Please tell us your motorcycle experience

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Call Centre: 1 year (required)
  • customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Motorcycle licence or CBT certificate (preferred)
