Job description
We are looking for a responsible, kind and caring individual to be responsible for some of our company's clients in the community. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in person and help people in need of care and support. The right individual will be available to work flexible hours and must have prior experience working in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide transport to medical appointments.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
- Coordinate care with family and other professionals.
- Communicate with family members, caregivers, and providers.
- Provide homecare services.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
