The Opportunity

Call Centre & Online Customer Service Advisor
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Glasgow

The role will be a hybrid working arrangement split between our Glasgow office and home.
The role will include initial training and support during which we will need you to be on site full time to ensure you are happy, confident, and performing in the role (minimum of 6 months).

Your Role

You will focus on delivering great customer experiences, achieving first contact resolution and actively listen to ensure good customer outcomes.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to educate our Direct Market & Broker customers through e-adoption strategies to get the most out of e-trading, to enable self-sufficiency.

We treat our customers as people, not numbers, and you will be at the forefront of this, offering any help, support, and guidance they need.

We provide necessary training, so you have all the tools at your disposal. As part of your role, you will be working on shift patterns with some evening and weekend work.

About You

Communication skills are crucial as is having a genuine desire to help our customers. The ability to listen and identify their needs, providing the best solutions, using professionalism and empathy is key.

Your attitude and approach to customers is more important than your experience. However, a background providing great customer service, showing an ability to think on your feet and operate with the customer in mind will put you in a great position to be successful with RSA.
