Talented People are currently working with an extremely reputable client and looking to recruit a Team Leader based in Brighton. You will be part of a busy team in a fast-paced office environment. The client is looking for a further Team Leader who can be the face of our company, providing attentive service at every turn. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all sales and motivating. The candidate will be an inspiring team member ready to ensure productivity and quality performance to achieve our long-term company vision.

The Role:
· Lead by example as a positive role model and a brand ambassador for Learning People
· Monitor performance, lead pipe management and report on progress
· Inspire and motivate a team of sales professionals through an agreed set of metrics to develop greater sales capability
· Conduct regular team training sessions
· Support with the recruitment and training of new consultants within the team
· Support the Team Manager and other Team Leaders to ensure quality customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities
· Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
· 1-1 Coaching of team members
· Supporting and motivating the team to hit key deliverables in line with the team.

Salary: £37,000 plus OTE £73,000
