Are you great with people and enjoy providing excellent customer service? If so, the I CALL Limited is the place for you. The role will involve resolving any customer debt queries over the phone.
Within the team they provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients on a day to day basis. You will need to be a real people person with a positive attitude to be part of a great team.
Previous experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal but your passion to deliver outstanding customer service is what we want.
The working hour pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be answering inbound calls from multiple clients.
- Working individually to meet personal productivity targets/goals
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and their employees

- Happy to work in a fast-paced environment

- Competent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service

While this role will be worked predominantly on a remote basis, you must work from home and must have a very quiet location.
