Job description

Very specific hours required Monday and Tuesdays 08:30 - 16:30 Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 12:00 - 20:00 (These are required hours) Total 40 hours/paid 37.5 You will be required to work with the reception team and other clinicians within the same day team to answer calls from patient's, complete a template from the information the patient provides you and discuss this with our duty clinicians who will be triaging in our same day team. This will then be relayed back to the patient and bookings can then be made. Emis Web and Systm One knowledge is required for this role. You will be expected to take calls, make bookings, deal with queries from our incoming calls and deal with them to a high standard for patient satifsfaction.
