Job Title: Call Centre Agent

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our call centre team in Belfast! As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer issues.
No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all new employees. We value a positive attitude and excellent communication skills above all else.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about our products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
