Job Overview

It’s an exciting time to join the Mango family! We’re on the hunt for bubbly, enthusiastic people to join our awesome expanding team!

You will handle a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chat within sales, customer service and fundraising for some of the largest charities and retailers across the UK, Ireland and beyond! This role also offers full time and part-time contracts, with hours to suit everyone.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers and maintain high standards of professionalism and positivity. Confidence in using a PC is also required.
