You will support students with all aspects of living in halls of residence and private sector rentals. The role is busy and varied and you will be expected to build links and relationships with people both within the University and external contacts.

About you (requirements)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive and proactive approach to an ever-changing environment. This is a delivered focused role where you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the whole university and externally, to ensure an accommodation service which makes a positive and measurable contribution to student experience.

You will possess strong administrative and organisational skills and a flexible can-do attitude. You will have previous experience in providing excellent administrative and customer service experience; ideally in the field of housing. With an ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines. You should have a good understanding of and willingness to observe confidentiality in all matters.

Above all, you will be an effective team player and share our commitment to providing a high quality, customer-focused accommodation service to support students.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic DBS Check.
