Summary of Primary Functions
Responsible for daily management of Call Center operations to ensure operational compliance, sales and efficiency as per NGFCU guidelines. Responsible for training, motivation, and direction of assigned Call Center staff. Manage staff performance through regular coaching sessions, formal corrective action and annual reviews. Review, analyze and share staff’s productivity, transaction volume, accuracy, and general job performance on a regular basis. Positively demonstrate leadership and teamwork by proactively assisting colleagues when needed as well as actively participating and contributing during meetings. Maintain and sets a high standard of member service in an effort to provide exemplary member service.
Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or completion of a CU management program or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of call center experience, preferably with a credit union or financial institution.
This position is a member of the Management Team and requires a results oriented leader who works well independently, and in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate must have strong leadership and team-building skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and proven problem-solving and analytic capabilities in a credit union environment. The successful candidate will have exemplary service skills, the ability to lead by example, and must possess a strong level of expertise in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
