Overview

We’re looking for a Cafe All Rounder to join our brand new De Morgan Café, located in the beautiful Leighton House Musuem. We are a café offering delicious coffee, fresh juices, all-day brunch and freshly baked pastries, cakes, and slices.

We are looking for someone able to join our team serving customers, working in the front of house area, ideally with experience as a barista. Preference will be given to someone who is also comfortable helping out back of house. Our café team member will be required to have a flexible approach to working. Either side of lunch service we serve freshly made sandwiches, coffee, cakes, cold drinks and snacks.

The ideal candidate will have a good command of English both written and spoken. They should be self-motivated and able to quickly fit in to our existing team and care for our loyal clients giving them efficient and attentive customer service.

Prior cafe experience is required as the service and quality expectations in the cafe are high.
