Key Responsibilities:
Operating as a key part of the late team the post holder is required to communicate with tenants, logging issues and concerns for escalation to the admin team leader and Resident Liaison Officer to action, following Aaron Services procedure, ensuring total customer satisfaction. This role is a homeworking role.
- Communicate with tenants in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer service in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Confidently handle challenging tenant calls to ensure they are logged and escalated appropriately for resolution, following up on outstanding issues.
- Arrange mutually convenient appointment times with Customers by telephone.
- Record all responsive repairs / rebooked appointments using the appropriate system in a timely manner.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
- Complete Customer Satisfaction Surveys by telephone
