We are looking for a Cafe Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about working in a cafe setting and have a desire to provide outstanding customer service, then this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks.
- Clean tables, counters, and other areas of the cafe.
- Ensure that all food is served in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
