We are a small company of Retrofit Specialitsts, all of our projects are domestic conversions or renovations, mainly of existing London stock.
We are looking for someone on a freelance basis, the work will mainly consist of taking sketch plans with measurements and/or photographs and making Sketch-Up or CAD versions (plans and elevations mainly, no 3-d needed) suitable to send in for planning permission.
The work is likely to be quite infrequent to start, no more than 1 project every few months; this could increase over time and even become a full time role.
We feel this would be perfect for a recent graduate or a Level II student.
