- Working safely, within specified training and risk assessments whilst supporting a culture of Zero Harm through your behaviour.
- Running machines/processes to achieve the highest possible output.
- Carrying out support activity whilst your machine is running, such as; Set-Up Preparation, Quality In-Process testing & Measurement, Cleaning/Housekeeping, Data entry/recording and material supply.
- Commitment and Focus on Right First Time principles and Waste minimisation.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-moving factory environment is required. Additionally, experience of manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement / Lean pillars would be advantageous
- Enthusiasm and be highly motivated.
- Strong safety ethic and personal safety record.
- Possess a high level of drive, energy and commitment. Positive attitude prepared to take the initiative and make decisions that support operational targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, team working and communication skills.
- Basic keyboards skills and IT aptitude for, maintaining work records and relevant data recording.
- Good standard of education, achieving GSCE level or equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum.
