Position: Cabin Quality Supervisor
Location: London Heathrow Airport
Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Salary: £14.09 ph
Shift pattern: 5 on 3 off - Various start times

- Responsible for leading a team of aircraft appearance colleagues
- Ensuring completion of each aircraft on time
- Ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Ensuring service level agreements are met
- Mentoring your team whilst demonstrating a ‘right first time' approach
- Liaising with DHL and customer management
- Complete the Security Search and pre departure sign off
- Assist with aircraft cleaning to support your team

- Experience in managing a team
- Aircraft cleaning experience –Desirable
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Be calm, friendly and professional
- Be physically fit
- Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
- Work well within a team
- Attend a medical
- Full, Valid UK Driving License is essential
Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL
- Be able to provide 5 years address history
- Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
