Applicants should have experience in the areas of Safeguarding vulnerable adults, Court of Protection and Deprivation of Liberty cases.
The post holder will hold their own caseload and conduct their own advocacy in the Magistrates Court and County Court.
The successful candidates will be part of a team and supported by a team of paralegals. Applicants must be a Solicitor or Barrister.
