About The Role
Recipharm are looking for 2 Global Project Managers to join their Global Team. These are remote roles which will involve travel to sites across Europe as required. You will be working across business units with functions such as Purchasing, Supply Chain and IT to manage high priority projects. Within this Global Project Manager role, you will be responsible for activities such as goal setting, planning activities and managing resources. Using your project management experience, you will work to expand the capabilities of the teams you work with by mentoring, coaching, and motivating them to achieve their targets. A range of experience will be beneficial in these roles as you will be communicating on different levels and coordinating across multi-functional teams.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be making decisions within your remit and escalating any significant risks to the Head of Programme Management. Within a project you will be provided with objectives rather than detailed procedures, using your experience so set up the structure of the project.
As a Global Project Manager your main duties will include:
- Provide leadership to teams to deliver complex projects.
- Establish appropriate project governance structures.
- Challenge activities to implement improvements.
- Mentor and coach project teams.
- Generate monthly project reports.
- Track and monitor activities proactively.
About You
Global Project Manager key skills and experience:
- Experience of planning, managing, and tracking complexed projects.
- Commercial acumen and experience of managing multi-million-pound projects.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel and Project.
- Expert understanding of project and product lifecycle.
- Strong Influencing and communication skills.
- Experienced in coordinating and preparing budgets.
