Cash Converters Breck Road are looking for ambitious and self motivated individuals to join our team in this busy high street store. You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 of a 40 hour week.
Salary Up to £23,500 depending on experience

- You will be required to have the confidence to deliver the ultimate customer service experience to our customers in this diverse retail environment. Strong product knowledge and good negotiation skills would be an advantage as you will be buying and selling a large range of new, graded and pre- owned goods.
- You will be working within our team to build an excellent rapport with our customers, providing a high standard of customer service and be confident in selling and cross selling techniques. We are looking for the right individual who has passion and drive for achieving targets and beyond and one that thrives on excelling within their role in order to succeed.

ABOUT THIS JOB
- Previous sales or buying experience within a similar environment would be advantageous as would experience or knowledge in one of the following fields: Laptops, Mobile Phones, Televisions, etc, knowledge of Fishing Equipment, previous experience of selling/repairing bikes. Previous knowledge of Pawnbroking or Jewellery sales. Experience of E bay selling.

- Have excellent organisational and administration skills
- Have previous face to face customer service experience within a sales environment
- Demonstrates effective negotiation skills
- Have good PC skills
