Creative Artworker
£20-25k depending on experience

Creative artworker Responsibilities:
· Working within the parameters that New Balance set to design sports kits, whilst maintaining a creative flare
· Working with Illustrator
· Working within brand guidelines
· Escalating any amends or challenges that might require additional time or changes to specs, so revised quotes can be provided up front.
· Working with colleagues, project managers and the team producer to ensure your productivity is maximized at all times and your work is delivered to agreed project milestones.

Creative artworker Requirements:
· Degree in graphic design or similar preferable
· Illustrator essential
· Photoshop desirable
· Experience and understanding of sublimation printing would be a major advantage
· A team player with bags of ideas and energy, you have a proven ability to deliver highly engaging results on brief and to agreed timescales
· Attention to detail
· Creativity
