Summary:
To provide a first-class IT & UC commodities pricing and fulfilment service to both internal and external customers and to develop, maintain and optimise our on-line e-commerce site. .
Primary Responsibilities:
- To help maintain strong relationships with our supplier partners
- To maintain an up to date and accurate on-line price book for assigned commodity items
- To ensure a fast and accurate turnaround on pricing requests from internal Account Managers To ensure a fast and accurate turnaround on pricing requests from internal IT & UC Engineers To ensure a fast and accurate turnaround on pricing requests from Technical Pre-Sales
- To ensure a fast and accurate turnaround on pricing requests from external Clients
- To process all internal and external commodities orders in a timely and accurate manner to meet our deadlines and ensure delivery to the correct desired location To process all IT Project orders in a timely and accurate manner to meet our deadlines and ensure delivery to the correct and desired location.
- To assist in the management of all software licence renewals and warranty renewals
- To deal quickly and effectively with commodity warranty returns and credits
- To undertake stock checks and ensure these are reported correctly.
- To ensure systems are update and correct with required details.
Required Experience:
- A good understanding of the IT and UC commodities environment and the order processing systems
- Technical/Work-based Skills
- This relates to the skills specific to the job, e.g. language fluency, typing skills, etc
- The ability to accurately process pricing requests and orders
- The ability to work in a team to meet the teams goals. A positive can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure whilst juggling multiple complex tasks

- This is the proven record of experience and achievement in a field, profession or specialism. This could include a minimum period of experience in a defined area of work (take care to ensure period stated is appropriate and not unnecessarily excessive) At least 2 years experience in a technology environment
- A proven track record in order processing and customer service

Salary: £25,575.00-£34,100.00 per year
