We're looking for a talented individual who has a strong background in Retail Buying to join our team. Specific experience in Fashion Buying is an advantage. Procurement buyers, need NOT apply unless can demonstrate relatable retail experience..

This position requires travel to Boston, Lincolnshire, ideally a few days per week - but we are flexible.

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for keeping up to date on latest trends, and finding the best brands, suppliers and products, researching prices and proposing ranges. You will love retail, and be comfortable working closely with store operations colleagues. We're excited about adding this position into our company, and we hope to find someone who is dedicated, flexible, honest and dependable.

Reporting in to the Director, the Responsibilities Include:

Analyse performance and feed into forward range planning
Manage lifecycle of products
Provide detail on weekly trade, re-orders and newness required
Plan space in store and lead on the visual plan
Manage supplier relationships
Negotiate prices to deliver the best profit for business
Source new concession opportunities
Ensure that ERP system is fully up to date
Lead and develop Assistant Buyer
Work closely with Goods In team to ensure no issues occur with deliveries
Build close relationship with retail and online team

You should be a self starter, and be able to demonstrate at least 4 years experience in retail or online Buying & Merchandising, be analytical, and have the motivation, focus and energy to succeed in this business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £32,000.00 per year
