The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, Technical, and Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of suppliers
- Negotiating with suppliers to achieve best possible trading terms
- Ensuring cost effective continuity of supply
- Ensuring best practice stock control principles
- Implementing effective change to facilitate customer requirements
- Assisting with the NPD team
The Candidate:
- Knowledge and experience with SAP
- Excellent communicator
- Experience purchasing food
- Experience working in a food wholesaling environment
- A positive “can do” attitude
The Package:
- £33,000
