Responsibilities:
  • Handle a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and lease extensions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential property transactions.
  • Conduct thorough title and property searches, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
