Established in Leeds in 2010 with additional restaurants in Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh & Birmingham, we are thrilled to be making our debut in the capital in Summer 2023.

Our new 180-cover restaurant will reside within the reputable 100 Bishopsgate Tower in the City of London, boasting three luxurious private dining rooms and a 120-cover bar and mezzanine. We are looking for an experienced, personable, passionate, and inspiring Butcher to join our team and assist in the successful launch of the newest addition to our thriving portfolio of restaurants

As our Head Butcher you will form an integral part of our grill team; the grill and our meats are at the heart of what we do. Our butchers prepare the meats following Fazenda’s established recipes in order to satisfy and exceed the expectations of guests.

The ideal Head Butcher will possess:

  • A passion for preparing, cooking, and serving high quality meats
  • A high level of product and food hygiene knowledge
  • A clean-as-you-go approach and natural concern for cleanliness and hygiene
  • A strong understanding of and belief in teamwork
  • An understanding of the importance of stock control and wage budgets while ensuring the customer experience is never compromised

  • Confidence and adaptability in communications with the team and with senior management, receiving instructions courteously and delegating appropriately and politely.
