Overview
Due to expansion within in the business, we require an Assistant Store Manager for our busy Cheshire Oaks Outlet store.
Assisting the Store Manager, you will focus on driving sales and maximising store profitability while providing a First Class service.
You will continue to exceed the stores KPI's and maintain the company standards while following company guidelines.
Most importantly you will represent the business in the most professional manner.
Maintain customer retention by providing first class service.
Deal with inquiries and complaints and resolving the issue/request.
Drive consistency within your internal teams to achieve the highest service levels.
Ensure that targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
Analyse Daily/Weekly reports to assist you in making key sales decisions.
Ensure mannequins, displays, and windows are updated in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Develop existing team members and encourage progression within the company.
Hold regular training meetings within the store, making sure the team around you are able to maintain the high standards required.

Experience of working in a fast pace enviroment, managing 20+ employees would be an advantage.
Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
