The role:
As Business Support Assistant, your primary focus is to provide administrative support to the Sales team using online platforms. We are currently a team of 10 and within in that, the Support team are 2 staff.
This role would be ideal for a dynamic and passionate apprentice with some previous admin experience or someone wanting to progress their career in a growing, local, fast paced company.
The sales team collaborate with letting agents across the UK to secure student properties, support with advertising them on our website, setting up and managing their accounts on our website. You'll be involved with the coordination and execution of procedures and tasks that support this activity.
You will report to the Business Support Team Leader and full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
- Preparing contract documentation for our stakeholders.
- Maintaining the UniHomes property portal.
- Keeping records up to date on our CRM system.
Skills and experience:
- GCSE English and Maths grade 5 or above.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in an administration role.
- Efficient in using Microsoft– Word, Excel, Outlook
- Self-motivated and professional.
- Exceptional organisation and administration skills.
- Confident.
- A team player.
- Excellent communicator verbally and written.
- Good time management.
- Able to prioritise your work easily.
- A quick learner.
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Some experience of using a CRM system would be great, but not essential.
