Hours: 22 hours per week, (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday).

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to work as part of a busy team providing comprehensive administrative support to Social Care Teams and Senior Managers.
Previous knowledge of the work completed by the People Service’s Department would be beneficial although not essential as training will be provided. However, it is essential that you have the ability to exercise confidentiality about the work you are undertaking at all times.
You will act as the first point of contact answering a large amount of telephones calls from the general public and professionals; so it is essential that you have good communication skills and are comfortable in speaking to members of the public on a regular basis. You will also be actively involved in checking and updating the inhouse systems and carry out other general administration duties. For this reason, you will need to have a high level of administrative experience, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
