JOB TITLE: Business Manager – Direct Business Centre
SALARY: £26,980
LOCATION(S): Teviot House, Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
START DATE: Wednesday 1st November.

As a Business Manager, you’ll initially join a 5-week induction with our friendly training and development team. You’ll learn our processes and gain confidence.

As a Business Manager you’ll need experience of speaking to customers and have a compassion and a desire to do the right thing for them. The calls generally consist of payments, day to day banking, mandates, online and complex queries.

What you’ll need
In this Telephony Based Role - You'll put your customers first - striving to resolve their inbound financing queries at first touch with your knowledge and rapport building skills.
You'll naturally act with skill and diligence - treating customers sensitively and professionally - caring about helping them in the best way possible
You'll need good attention to detail and the confidence to spot and call out areas we can improve our customers' journeys and experiences.
You'll provide customers with access to all appropriate support tools and banking channels, being there to meet their needs when and how they need it.
And you'll use your skills to identify and meet all your customers stated and un-stated financial needs with fair outcomes and referring on to partners when required.
