Your enthusiasm for an intelligence-led approach will ensure that we can make evidence-based decisions and can understand what we are doing well and, where we can do better, through analysis, interpretation and innovative reporting.
We deliver insight to operational and strategic colleagues – working with them to understand what they need to know, what questions they have and providing the answers to help them make good decisions.
Our workload is extremely varied – ranging from the development of reporting and monitoring products, research and evaluation projects, influencing policy and strategy and partnership direction to technical research & troubleshooting, data handling and systems development. This keeps it exciting and means there will always be plenty of opportunities to develop and broaden your skills. Training will be provided where necessary and proactive learning and development are positively encouraged! We are absolutely committed to your professional development.
