About the role
We're looking for a Business Improvement Analyst on a permanent basis to join our Strategy, Policy and Performance Team. We're especially looking for candidates with a strong understanding and experience of SQL and data visualisation tools.
You will provide data and insight to support decision making and delivery of services, as well as engaging in business improvement projects with teams across PCH in order to drive up efficiency and performance.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
- Develop and provide a wide range of complex regular and ad-hoc data reports
- Communicate data insights with a variety of audiences at varying levels.
- Work alongside various operational teams to understand and improve their performance
- Have a creative and analytical mind to improve the way we go about our business
- Use data visualisation tools to enhance the way that we share performance information.
