Who we are looking for
An End User Technology Engineer who will be responsible for the continual design, configuration and management of all desktop infrastructure technology on premise and in the cloud.
You will play a pivotal role ensuring all platforms and services remain operational, managed, compliant and secure. As part of a highly skilled team of engineers, you will interact with all operating systems including Linux, and macOS, with the main focus being on Windows.
Providing 3rd line maintenance and supporting a global desktop infrastructure, you will be responsible for keeping all desktop endpoints up to date by remediating any problems or vulnerabilities. You would also be identifying and resolving any security risks as well as looking at future technologies and how they can be beneficial.
With a proven track record in delivery you will be leading and delivering project related work to a structured methodology, providing frequent updates on all activities. The role will also involve responding to technical issues escalated to the team and ensuring restoration of service within expected timescales.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
