Package - Circa £45,000, generous car allowance and uncapped commission

Ambulnz Community Partners are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help further cement their place as the UK’s leading independent ambulance provider.
This role requires a tenacious and self-motivated new business hunter who can demonstrate solid account management capabilities.
You will have experience of securing and winning new business opportunities and have the ability to fulfil the process from cradle to grave.

Ambulnz Community Partners (ACP) are proud to be an established private ambulance provider with a deeply rooted history in supporting the NHS. We assess, care, treat and transport hundreds of patients along with their carers/relatives in urgent and emergency situations every week. We are looking for our next group of paramedics to join our busy ACP team.
Key duties and areas of responsibility
Main duties and responsibilities
· Travel within region to meet stakeholders within customer locations.
· Conduct calls, face-to-face meetings and video conferences with customers daily
· Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
· Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
· Manage tenders and produce high quality bids.
· Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
· Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
· Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
· Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with solution orientated proposals.
The successful individual will have a minimum five years’ experience in a similar sales role and also:
· Experience of working with and implementing HubSpot, Sales-I, HubSpot or similar CRM
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
· Experience of working in a target focused arena where KPI’s are met and exceeded
· A demonstrable interest in NHS innovation and knowledge of patient transport/ community health issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £43,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
