We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and dedicated Intrusion sales team with opportunity to progress within the team and the wider, global, $21b Eaton business.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of successful sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. They should also be highly motivated, results-driven, accountable, and able to work independently.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build a business plan for short- and long-term sales success in the territory via Specialist Intrusion and wholesale resellers
- Execute that plan through networking with branches and managing account sales to achieve sales budgets
- Work collaboratively and engage with installers/end users to increase demand and ensure recurring revenue.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth within a defined region and ensure sales, profit and margin targets are achieved in line with overall business objectives.
- Build pipeline and sales resilience across target market sectors (Residential, Commercial & Industrial) managed via CRM
- Providing weekly sales reports to management and tracking progress toward sales goals.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing them with relevant product and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Keeping up to date on industry trends and market conditions and adapting your sales strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute your account-based sales plan focusing on key activities to drive collaboration and partnership within your account base
- Be motivated by continuous improvement and strive to constantly exceed customer expectations
- Data driven – be able to understand data, draw conclusions and make recommendations on how we should adapt based on what we are seeing
Qualifications

- Proven sales performer with ability to successfully negotiate and close sales.
- A team player, consultative, solution & detail orientated, confident presenter, driven, result orientated, with a digital mindset.
