Job description
As a Membership & Talent Manager at Viewber, you will be passionate about supporting our self-employed Viewber Members and driving the development and coordination of projects related to new Products that have a direct impact on them.
You will have the ability to work with a wide range of Viewber Members, ensuring that they are well communicated with, their queries and concerns are dealt with promptly and their capabilities are in line with business growth requirements.
The role will involve being creative and thinking outside of the box – you may, for example, find yourself cold-calling/emailing potential Viewber Members with the requisite skills that are needed or placing advertisements online.
You will also support our Talent Administrator in processing Viewber Member Applications, ensuring the right candidates are approved, that there is no bias in your decision-making (conscious or unconscious) and that the Equality Act 2010, The Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legislation is always adhered to.
We have one full-time position available as follows:
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break).
Salary £35,000 per annum
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience working from home
- 4+ years of customer service management and/or supervisory experience (non-retail) handling emails and telephone calls.
- 2+ years of experience dealing with recruitment or a relevant professional qualification in Recruitment or HR, such as CIPD Level 3 or Level 3 In-House recruitment (CertIHR)
- Level 2 English and Level 2 Math's (or equivalent) plus a Level 3 qualification in any subject.
- Strong decision-making skills
- A confident communicator with a calm and professional telephone manner
- Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills
- Fluency in English – both verbal and written
- Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech’ company
