Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BIM industry, and hands-on experience generating new business, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and increasing revenue.
BIM Managers willing to enter in Business Development are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in the BIM AEC industry.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase revenue and market share in the AEC industry.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and market trends.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in the AEC industry, including architects, engineers, construction managers, and owners.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development activities.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity in the AEC industry.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Business development experience in the BIM industry.
- A proven track record of acquiring new business and maintaining existing business in US market, in BIM/ AEC industry.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
