We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BIM industry, and hands-on experience generating new business, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and increasing revenue.

BIM Managers willing to enter in Business Development are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in the BIM AEC industry.
  
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase revenue and market share in the AEC industry.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and market trends.
  
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in the AEC industry, including architects, engineers, construction managers, and owners.
  
• Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development activities.
  
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity in the AEC industry.
  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  
• Maintain existing business.
  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  
• Business development experience in the BIM industry.
  
• A proven track record of acquiring new business and maintaining existing business in US market, in BIM/ AEC industry.
  
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
